Yolanda started her career in the insurance industry back in 1990 as a file clerk with a financial institute’s in-house insurance agency. Within 3 years, Yolanda moved up in the ranks, earned her Texas insurance license and became a CSR.  She then had an opportunity to interview with R. C. “Ted” Bibby for an Account Manager position at Bibby Insurance Agency.  Mr. Bibby hired her on the spot within 15 minutes.  This was 25 years ago and as they say “the rest is history”.

Yolanda is a fan of traveling to major historical locations with her family. She also enjoys watching her youngest daughter, Hayeli on the baseball/softball fields. Yolanda and her husband, Manuel, live in Dallas with their 3 daughters, Anabel, Skye, and Hayeli. Yolanda’s passion is helping guide her family to a closer relationship with God and His Love.
